His leadership fosters a caring environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Lynn Councill, LMSW
Chief Executive Officer
Meet Lynn Councill, the CEO of Always Caring. With a strong foundation in social work, Lynn graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Capella University in 2019. Prior to her role at Always Caring, she held various positions within the Terry Corporation, bringing valuable knowledge to the team. Lynn's passion for helping others shines through as she supports the elderly and disabled population, while also educating and training her staff to ensure the highest level of care.
